What are the costs of temporary staffing and secondment?

Temporary staffing and secondment are tailored solutions, and so are the associated costs. The rate is composed of several factors, including:

  • Gross hourly wage of the temporary or seconded employee.
  • Costs for sick leave (risk), public holidays, leave, and vacation pay.
  • Social security contributions, insurance, and employer expenses.
  • Mediation costs for recruiting and selecting the right candidate.

What are the costs of recruitment and selection?

For a successful match, you pay a recruitment and selection fee. This fee is based on a percentage of the candidate’s gross annual salary, which depends on the position. You only pay this fee if you decide to hire the candidate after their one-month probationary period.
